Steel Management Group is a team of project management professionals that serve as Owner's Representatives on construction-related projects.  With extensive backgrounds in construction, facility management, and business operations we understand that small businesses and associations often lack the resources and experience necessary to manage projects that directly affect the value of their largest asset and often their quality of life. 

Since our founding in 2010, we have given our clients peace of mind knowing their construction projects are being completed meeting the highest quality standards. We are there to keep the ownership stakeholder needs at center stage.  SMG can be engaged to manage new construction, a site build-out, capital improvement or one-time project, or provide oversight for the ongoing care of a property.
