CHALLENGE

The condominium has an active roof that serves as an outdoor space for penthouse residents. The roof had to be replaced, which meant the coordination of removing personal belongings and pavers.

RESULT

SMG was able to coordinate the roof replacement quickly to avoid inconveniencing the residents, all the while, working to safely distribute weight amongst the building.
